ABOUT The Flower Studio

The Flower Studio Amelia Island is owned and operated by Paula Ferreira. Paula's earliest flower memories are of planting sweet peas with her mother along a garden fence. Her lifelong passion for flowers and gardens led her to become a floral designer.

For more than 14 years, Paula worked for premier event companies across the United States, designing for hundreds of occasions. From intimate weddings and celebrations in private homes, to luxurious special events in indoor and outdoor venues for Fortune 500 companies, to parties for international stars and heads of state.

Paula's work has been featured in magazines such as Southern Weddings, Trendy Brides, Atlantan Bride, Oh Brides and Wedding Unveiled.

Paula is inspired by color, texture, formal and wild gardens, the beauty of the seasons and the perfection and imperfection of nature. She can be found in her private floral studio on Amelia Island and is never happier than when she has her hands full of beautiful flowers for her valued clients.​
